Instructions
|
1) Preheat oven to 300.
2) Wash chicken; dry thoroughly.
3) Coat chicken with flour seasoned with garlic salt, paprika, and ginger.
4) Arrange chicken skin side up in a single layer in baking pan.
5) Roast, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Drain.
6) Mix other ingredients in a pot over a low flame. Pour over baked chicken when sugar has suitably melted.
7) Bake for another hour on 350 or until chicken is done and deliciously glazed.
8) Basting and turning at least once will ensure an even glaze.
9) Serve with hot rice and mixed stir fry vegetables.
