Recipe: Baked Rice Pudding

Instructions
|
1) Put uncooked rice and water in a 3 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce head, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
2) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
3) In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Mix well, then stir in cooked rice and raisins. Pour into 10x6x2 baking dish
4) Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir pudding and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 more minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
