regular sized can dark red kidney beans, undrained |

cloves garlic, minced or chopped |

Instructions
|
1) Cook ground beef until beef loses red color. Drain.
2) Add onion. Cook for 1 minute.
3) Add all other ingredients and cook for about 1 hour on low heat.
4) Stir regularly to avoid sticking.
