Instructions
|
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with pizza stone (if using).
2) Cut tomatoes in chunks and place n a mixing bowl with 2 Tablespoons olive oil, garlic, and salt.
3) Stretch pizza dough to a round disc to fit your pizza pan or stone.
4) Dust peel or pan with cornmeal, place stretched dough on peel, top with tomatoes and cheese, and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
5) Transfer dough to pizza stone or pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
6) Remove from oven using peel and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil.
7) Slice and serve.
