Recipe: Hot Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Instructions
|
1) Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2) Season chicken with paprika, chili powder, and a little salt & pepper (to taste).
3) Drizzle with a little olive oil to coat.
4) Pan grill 5 minutes on each side.
5) Heat pan over low heat to melt butter.
6) Add hot sauce to butter and combine.
7) When chicken is done, remove from pan and coat with hot sauce mixture.
8) Place chicken breasts on bun bottoms and top with crisp lettuce.
9) Serve with blue cheese dressing.
